Starting from management level, evaluating all the managers and checking if they are really capable of managing the staff members, if they have a good understanding of the business, product, staff, technology and time.Those who are there because of relationship should be focused particularly and those who are under-rated should specially be checked. Motivation killers should be questioned and in case of any negative intention they should be warned or asked to leave.There are many things which the person in charge should eventually wake up and do, unless it goes down.Answered 27 September 2020
Non aligned non resume no relevance to resume or experience questions asked by newly hired Client Implementation heads. They show their face in the third round after three weeks of two other interviews and re post roles after rejecting probably more than three candidates that waited for three long weeks to interview with them. That means probably 8-10 were shortlisted for previous rounds and these three good candidates made all the way. Irony - Yet the Manager Rejects them because They don’t like their answers to behavioural questions. The only answer they wanted to hear ???
