Would not tell my worst enemy to work here.

What is the best part of working at the company?I've never worked for a company that took as much pride in making the employee's work 2 or 3 times harder than they need to. Some are very over worked and under paid. I've seen people sleep on the job and get an in creditable raise. Terrible..Surprised they are still in business

Worked there a while back but wanted to hold back on reviewing right away because I really felt that management would sabotage my new job prospects. They treated me like they owned my life and expected lots of unpaid overtime because I was salary and that I had a professional obligation to sell my sole.

Great job for gaining experience

There is lots of overtime to be had. There is a lot of opportunity to gain new experience. The majority of people who work there are great people. Begging for overtime was a bit over the top at times.

Centra was a great place to work friendly helpful never left you hanging lots of overtime awesome benefits I didn’t even pay for a prescription dispensing fee profit-sharing and retirement plan you can’t beat putting in 4% and it turning into 12% if you wanted a better wage all you had to do is prove your worth it lots of room to grow in a lot of different areas plus a 2%-3% minimum increase ever...
