Global Corporate Supply Chain Management Analyst (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON9 November 2018
Old school culture with low compensation and seniority based advancement

Good culture in terms of remote working and mostly a laissez faire management approach in most areas of the company

Operator Mechanical Assembly (Former Employee) –  North York, ON19 September 2018
No room for advancement, pretty much dead end job. If you are think you need a job to pass time or pay bills and rent then may be., but if you are a sane person, avoid it like baboon plague. The company also runs an large equity fund. It should not take long for a reasonably enlightened person to gather, what would it like to be working for an establishment of this sort.

A great company I have worked with. Clean atmosphere and handling very sophisticated equipment makes you feel good and provides a great deal of experience to work on a machine. The company provides training for their machines.

A typical day at work is usually on mondays and also a very stressful day too, have learned alot at work, such as managemanet of industries,

The work place culture i found that very interesting also, arrangement of files make the hardest part of the work, the most enjoying part of the work is a social activity period.

Production Worker (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON14 August 2017
- Good place to work very simple and straight forward.
- Working the night shift was very difficult but you get used to.
- I can't say much because I was part-time only.
- The hardest part of the job was the long hours standing up and doing the same repetitive job.

Fantastic culture. Fun and challenging environment. Great people.
Process Engineering Associate Intern (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON21 May 2017
Celestica is a great place to start your career. The internship is structured to benefit the employee and in turn the company. Management is eager to learn about new ideas. Interns are treated the same way as full timers. You get to do real work. With that being said, there are a lot of responsibilities that come with the job. But luckily people are very helpful. All in all, a great experience.
Pros
Great work environment & team. Great people. Timmies in the cafe.
Cons
Diminishing industry, not really a fault of Celestica.

Great Company
Help Desk Support (Former Employee) –  toronto, ON13 February 2017
I had a great time working for Celestica. I feel so sorry that they had to downsize the manufacturing floor and reduced workforce. over than 50% of the workforce had to be eliminated. I had to improve my carrer experience and gain more skills and studies. I had studied a specialist networking diploma in computer technology Networking for three years but finished it in just 14 months and obtained a technologist diploma in networking and much more.

Iterative work, yet challenging at times
IT SUPPORT ANALYST (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON6 February 2017
A typical day at work is more over iterative. Working on trouble tickets, dealing with similar issues. However, if an outage or unexpected issues happens, work becomes more challenging and time bound
