What would you suggest CEDA management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Pay there employees the right pay on pay day. Forman's don't submit the time and the employee has to go looking for their pay and its rediculous and unprofessional and the worst job I had in 40 years of working. Ceda sucks big time.

  • Have the managers take more responsibility of what is going on in their own divisions, and make changes applicable to how things are running.not waiting till it’s too late and making rash decisions.

  • What a low level IQ Question... I really hope you were impaired at that moment.
"How to prevent workers to leave, after Ceda loses every single contract?"

How one can answer this nonsense...? From 2015 to 2018 Ceda went only one way really fast....Down!

  • They need to hier managers IE: working forman's, general forman's and supervisor's that are there to do the job right and not just there to get a pay check. Stop hiring friend and family that don't know anything and get away with everything just because they are family or good friend with someone in the company before they applied. Start lisaning to the employees they probably will solve lots of problems that is done with no knowledge an fix temporary at best. Nothing good to say about field management

  • A company is an absolute team...theres no "i" in teamwork. Companies are only as strong as their workers so its a two way street.

  • In my opinion while working for Ceda . all employees should get a locker on the first day on site.saving Ceda a ton of cost on safety gear and making everyone's job a lot better.

  • I was qualified for the turn around jobs but they would not transfer me to that job. i think they should have transferred me
