Senior operator (Former Employee) – Grande prairie, Calgary, Red deer, Fort Mcmurray. – 10 October 2012
Just keep your eyes and ears open. You will find out over time. You will be promised the world and be able to get away with things for a while and even given a few perks to keep you there. Don't trust anyone all backstabbers. High turnover rate for a reason. It's an ok place to start if you don't have any skills and still need to make some money, but don't let your guard down - unless your family / close friends in cohoots you will just be a number.
Labourer (Former Employee) – Conklin, AB – 25 May 2018
When you fire someone without cause and tell them that they just don't, 'fit in" - that's not a company who cares about their employees... oh wait - I was a laborer ... not a driver. So of course I am replaceable and treated like dirt. The only way you might want to stay with this organisation is if you have a class one license , then they would treat you much better!
So if you are a laborer .... AVOID.
If you are a truck driver, they will treat you a bit better because they need you.
