Great stepping stone of a job, but there is a glass ceiling and no advancement plans or opportunities. Culture is stale and management has too much on their plates. but won't devolve as that would increase salaries of the people trying come climb.

Too much work, not enough pay. Expect too much. Great co-workers. Stress is not worth it. Company should hire more and pay more then they would have healthier employees.

If you have a choice, do not work here. The management is completely disengaged from their subordinates, treating them poorly with very little disregard for them as people. They lack direction within the company, creating roles only to eliminate them within months. While you may not be micromanaged, you are constantly watched and criticized, assumptions made during conversations behind closed doors and never given the benefit of the doubt.

Great place to work. I worked there as a volunteer where I was exposed to tge Office aspect of the company. They are bilingual. Nothing more to say. They are located in the basement of the Shoppers Plaza.
