They are fun and a bit challenging workplace. I learned how to deal people with different disabilities with dignity. It taught me lots of patience and widen my knowledge about people with special needs. CSS is a company that treats everybody with respect and equal no matter what your race is. The only hardest part of my job so far is when you deal the individuals behaviours especially if you are new to them. But the most enjoyable part of this job is when you see them happy, satisfied with the care and support you provided to them and most of all, they enjoyed your company

its been a long time since i wrk here. i enjoyed it while i was there. staff are kind and very busy ppl . as in all the health care trades we need more hands

It's great to be able to work with individuals one on one to provide the care they need. With each new course arriving they would pay for you to get all courses needed. Friendly staff.

Horrible Management

Disability Support Worker (Former Employee) - Wainwright, AB - 20 November 2015

From the top to the bottom this company has poorly trained staff, and a culture of discrimination. Often employees were left to attend to management's job in order to maintain safety for clients. I worry that this situation is dangerous to those clients this company supports.
