  • CSS is an extremely toxic environment to work with. Right from day 1 I was provided with no training besides reading the orientation binder, but was then getting in trouble for not knowing the correct way/process of doing things. Supervisors are extremely passive aggressive. If they notice something about your job performance they do not like, rather than bringing it to your attention right away for you to work on, they let those things bottle up until it's a reason to fire you. Many staff are not kept in the loop about activities and events going on, and then get in trouble for not being prepared for those events/activities.

  • Employees are all scared of losing their jobs cause management keeps all employees in fear for there jobs. Real sick bunch.

  • Very,very bad, due to incompetent and inept group of managers. The managers are dishonest and lie right to you face. It is second nature for them to behave is way.

  • CSS has a toxic, negative work environment. Many of the sup and managers are bully's and manage using fear and intimidation on the employees.

  • Work environment is enjoyable and flexible.

  • Free, devers, friendly...with some guidance

  • Diverse and friendly.
