  • I interviewed for a Youth Worker position in Red Deer and it was a challenging interview but I felt excited about an opportunity to maybe work for them. The two people interviewing were so kind and really put me at ease. Both has been at the company for 10 and 15 years and involved in the actual work still which was good to see.

  • Interview process was okay, interview was set up they made me feel comfortable and welcome at the agency and excited at the prospect of being hired

  • They don't have a clue on basic interview skills, they just hire based a "i like you"

  • At social Catholic they do the interview in harmony and in a well understanding metter

  • Don't bother 90% of the time they have hand picked the position prior to the interviews. They are just going through the motions. This is a job were office politics plays a huge part in getting a job.

  • Lengthy, but very well done.
