• Writing Pawn loans ensuring they are done correctly (everything is worth something just not always what you want), cheque cashing, Layaways. Helping customers get to their needed target
• Assisting in Pawn and Inventory Audits, Store transfers of merchandise. Placing orders for supplies
• Opening and closing the store, balancing floats and safe, bank orders
• Following up on LBIP claims to the best of my ability
• Writing Payday loans, ensuring to collect on those loans when they were due.
• Setting EFTs on account when required to do so
• Understanding the Privacy Act, not disclosing information to anyone other than the client
• Contacting Gov't agencies and companies to collect on Cheques that where not honoured, Contacting and making arrangements with customers to make arrangements for their payments.
• Assisting in hiring and training of new staff
• Ensuring a safe and comfortable place for Customers and staff alike
• I was able to bring customers from extremely frustrated and angry to a more rational level (most of the time)
