The managers do not get paid for managing; they are incentivized according to their individual contributions.As a result, they "manage" in their spare time.
Excellent pay, free lunch on Friday, excellent benefits.

I was building and wiring up power supply and modems. I was using hand tools to crimp on the proper terminals to the wires
1hr for lunch and then on Fridays it was free lunch
