Experience depends entirely upon your supervisor
no comment (Current Employee) –  no comment15 August 2017
No training of managers; they all are engineers promoted to a manager's role. The managers do not get paid for managing; they are incentivized according to their individual contributions. As a result, they "manage" in their spare time.
Pros
Excellent pay, free lunch on Friday, excellent benefits.
Cons
Unhappy work place

I enjoyed work with the Engineer of their software line. I was building and wiring up power supply and modems. I was using hand tools to crimp on the proper terminals to the wires
Pros
1hr for lunch and then on Fridays it was free lunch
Cons
Trusting their employees to work with little to no supervision

Casa
Manager of Systems Engineering (Current Employee) –  Denver, CO12 April 2017
Start-up feel. High pressure with great compensation. Lots of room for upward mobility should you show the drive and passion. Culture is casual, but expectations are set.
