Have quarterly evaluations with the sales associates and supervisors about the management. Have secret shoppers in the store so they may tell you how a store needs to improve, only way to get a true sense because management knows when there will be a store visit from Regional and District managers and therefore hurry to make the store presentable. This is not a true picture of how they manage the store on a regular basis.

- Change the dress code - white shirts don't make sense for the amount of stock you have to unpack while working, my shirts were constantly getting ruined- Lighten up on pushing your employees to make sales quotas, OR incentivize making quotas for employees, not just management
