What advice would you give the CEO of Carters, Inc about how to improve the company?Have quarterly evaluations with the sales associates and supervisors about the management. Have secret shoppers in the store so they may tell you how a store needs to improve, only way to get a true sense because management knows when there will be a store visit from Regional and District managers and therefore hurry to make the store presentable. This is not a true picture of how they manage the store on a regular basis.

If you were in charge, what would you do to make Carters, Inc a better place to work?- Change the dress code - white shirts don't make sense for the amount of stock you have to unpack while working, my shirts were constantly getting ruined- Lighten up on pushing your employees to make sales quotas, OR incentivize making quotas for employees, not just management
