No recognition for your hard work. Always cleaning up after the managements mistakes and laziness. Being embarrassed about the presentation of the store , unless there is a visit planned management does not keep store Ready All Day.
Answered 6 December 2020
Have quarterly evaluations with the sales associates and supervisors about the management. Have secret shoppers in the store so they may tell you how a store needs to improve, only way to get a true sense because management knows when there will be a store visit from Regional and District managers and therefore hurry to make the store presentable. This is not a true picture of how they manage the store on a regular basis.

8 hours a day. It is a hamster wheel of trying to clean up the mess the store is left in from previous night, doing the tasks you yourself are responsible for and then doing it all over again the next shift because it was left a complete mess for you.
