It has been a great experience for me as I am someone who is re-entering the workforce after a substantial hiatus. The people at Cartel Inc. work diligently to try and make each assignment a pleasant experience and they work hard at trying to fill my work schedule. Not all assignments are as they appear, however, Cartel is always there to put a positive spin on all experiences. I would like to be working a little more consistently, but what can I say, this is a specialized industry. The hardest part is going into a business and attempting to figure out what exactly are the expectations by the employer, especially when given only partial information. But as one employer told me, don't worry, just do your best. You have the hardest job as you are constantly trying to re-learn your job to suit the employer you are with that week. With that in mind, I have enjoyed and continue to enjoy the experiences I go through, all the while hopeful that someone will see through the nerves and see that given time, I could be their perfect employee. I will be the person who gives more of themselves everyday and anyone before.

Look elsewhere

There is no reward for hard work, only the most incompetent are given the lead-hand position. Moving up is impossible as all managers are hired from outside , so absolutely no reward. There is a bonus check after each quarter that will constantly be rubbed in your face. But it's really a tax write off. It's very inconsistent, I think it's the owner thinking about tax time. Pay is low 1% wage increases, so on average about a 20 cents a year. To get to top wage is around 10 years. Terrible place to work look elsewhere or YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Extremely Unprofessional

My friend was hired at this company, and they were extremely rude and let her go for no reason after missed a day due to illness. DO NOT APPLY TO WORK HERE, they do not care for students. Very elitist.

Excellent Agency, Very Professional
