There is no reward for hard work, only the most incompetent are given the lead-hand position. Moving up is impossible as all managers are hired from outside , so absolutely no reward. There is a bonus check after each quarter that will constantly be rubbed in your face. But it's really a tax write off. It's very inconsistent, I think it's the owner thinking about tax time. Extremely Unprofessional
My friend was hired at this company, and they were extremely rude and let her go for no reason after missed a day due to illness. DO NOT APPLY TO WORK HERE, they do not care for students. Very elitist.
