Senior Management is horrible, play favorites. Culture is brutal, personal attacks, don't like it, go to a senior manager to get your way. False promises, favorite threat, if you don't like it, there's the door.

Checking e-mail, calling customers for following up, looking up new insurance claims, calling tow truck companies, updated each file, booking client in for an appointment, calling insurance , cleaning , organizing files, answering the phone, taking messages, inventory, customer service.
Pros
1 hour lunch break and don't work weekends
Cons
long hours but the day goes by fast

CSR - Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Scarborough, ON13 October 2016
Typical day includes taking phone calls and passing them to the part owner part technician.
Setting appointments for estimates and repairs of Body work.
Communicating with other office workers who do not give you complete info on how to do things.
the employees and management keep everything a secret until you make a mistake and then call you out on it. Won't show you how things are done for you to gain exp.
Wouldn't recommend this repair shop to anyone weather a customer or an employees
Very very unhappy with the way they handle employees and customers.
