Decent folks in a sometimes stressful place
Custodian/Maintenance (Former Employee) –  Woodstock, ON13 June 2018
This was actually a very good place to work, got along with all except one...the maintenance supervisor...never appreciated or acknowledged anything positive...emails and personal talks were not constructive criticism but degrading and blunt. The company offers great benefits and salaries but management at times ignores the stress on their workers in various departments. The company also seems to ignore the health and safety issue requests or updates needed example, the shipping/ receiving entrance/ laneways...needs to be Tarmac. Yet, overall, from the top to all other types of people are all decent folks, trying their best to keep customers and employees satisfied . The Credit manager, night foreman, and the old time delivery driver in my books deserve Great bonuses every year as these three behind the scenes are very dedicated and efficient hardworking folks that rarely miss a day except vacation and they really do keep the company ' afloat' . Plus night mechanics were good and fun people to work with too. God bless everyone.
Pros
Benefits and salaries plus most employees
Cons
Health and safety issues delayed or ignored: need better floor cleaning machines

Horrible place to work
Truck and Coach Technician (Former Employee) –  Windsor, ON4 April 2018
The Windsor location is horrible. No scheduling of afternoon shifts or saturdays until last minute.
Upper management has no clue what their doing and lower management doesn't care anymore.

great place to be.
painter / prepper (Current Employee) –  Brantford, ON1 October 2017
this shop is the best one around if you don't mind working on big trucks. There is some sandblasting involved but once you get past that its smooth sailing. lots of fiberglass work and most of the time you're working on new vehicles.
