Really nice coworkers but too stressful
Great place to gain some experience as a recent graduate but the work is repetitive and there are not too many opportunities to advance. Also the pay is very low and not worth the stress you are under. It can also get a bit chaotic at times since it's not a well-organized workplace. But all the people i worked with were super nice!

Great Starting Place
Caro has some hard reviews but I honestly think it is an amazing company to work for! So many nice people and great manager who care about you. It’s a small enough company that you get to know everyone quickly and the Kelowna office has an amazing sense of community. I felt included from the day I started! Science is a tough industry but caro really tries their best to make it as welcoming and fun...

Fast paced
Good and friendly coworkers. High workloads in the busier seasons which can be stressful and cause OT. Communication between departments needs improvement to reduce issues.

All that hard work and you will maybe get a $10 gift card or a pizza party. They say they can not give you a raise due to the economy but have quarterly meetings stating record profits and h...
