Carmichael Enterprises is looking for people who can cope well in stressful situations. Even if your experience or education in the field is somewhat limited, you may have transferrable skills from parenting, or work in other fields. Positive people make for a fun and supportive worksite for the clients as well as the teams. If you are open to learning, and don't sweat the small stuff, this could be the worksite for you. Convey those ideas in your cover letter as well as the interview.
Be yourself. Be pleasant (hopefully those don't contradict one another lol).
Be honest and sure of yourself.
Don't let other peoples negative opinions sway yours... some people don't work here anymore because it wasn't a good fit - it may or may not have been their choice and they may or may not be lashing out because of it...
There are many many many employees who have been here for a long time and still love coming to work every day.Find work elsewhere.
