Good Trainning and Environment

Good ethics, and they gave us the ability to do so over time as international students. The Training was well managed, and they are patient if the person needs help understanding.

really bad management people pack up in that place “workplace equality” is only good on paper at that place bud heads with the wrong people next thing you you have FSQR telling you are underperforming of course it had nothing to do with the person you butted head with am sure management is aware but they don’t care so long work get done and they get to sit in there comfy chair they just throw it under the rug be warned people…..

I miss that place but hate the management

What is the best part of working at the company?I really enjoy working with my team. The managed on upper level however was mean and really hate when they see you capability and feel like you are threat to their job. Which was kind of toxic.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?It was the upper management and when they felt that you are more potential and you are asking the right question. Bad managment

Really bad managment overal , from department menagment all the way to HR managment, they do not appriciate people , they only appreciate the ones with the blue hats, even though most of them are dumb and uneducated

Bad Management

Co-workers are fun to be with but the management was bad. They will treat you like a material, you're good if they will benefit from you. Un-appreciated amd bias judgement. Its good to work here if the management will treat you fairly. Most decisions were not planned at all.

12 hour days depending on the day's needs for production. Long hours in a old environment. Mandatory overtime if required. Uncompetitive pay. Management lacked leadership

Very much if u are not friend or family of management or lead hands they treat very badly washroom is a struggle if u have to go and work pace fast and a lot of people getting hurt they don’t care of the people no incentive on bonus nothing just work and work no allowed to have any fun

Sad company not desiring employee to advance

Worked for the company.The company didn't listen a lot what the Canadian says. Many things are decided by the USA and do not understand the reality between provinces and the big culture differences.

Management doesn't care for employees

The pay is kind of good for this position but some supervisors doesn't know what to do. All they care about is the result. The line are sometimes so fast that it's unreasonable and supervisors tell you to go faster.

A good place to start working

I had the opportunity to work at Cargill as a production worker, and overall, it was a positive experience. But be prepared to stand for long hours, do repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Not a fun workplace

It pays good weekly, paid vacation leave but hard labor work. Mondat to Friday work sometimes OT work Saturday. Union representatives in Cargill doesn't do anything, they will just talk with a supervisor and you will hear it. Holiday paid.
