I absolutely loved working with customers over the phone and repair their issues, ranging from building power outages/wifi outages, and repairing/fixing servers, all while great homecooked food was made and stores were close by. They paid very, very well and had a career path for many. Hardest part was getting used/set up, since training was undeveloped before this year.

I was the lead technician onsite at a very large customer. I complimented the existing IT team in a senior roll in all aspects of IT support. The Careworx environment is a relatively relaxed environment but with a manager who is at a great physical distance a way and does not have much contact.
