Relaxing, at your own pace, if you have any questions, just ask anyone (even the customers! lol) i would chat with most of the clients.
Long, they would ask many technical questions, like what happens if a printer doesn't print. Well, you'll have to give an answer and a half to prove why a printer's not printing (is it hooked up wirelessly/usb etc) is it on? is there paper. After the interview, usually go through setting up logins (multiple, takes a week or so to complete) and training with trainers/team leaders. Of course the employer/trainer/team leader etc will let you know. :)
