Coordinate better needed between staff and clients and coordinationLow wages No guarantees of hours Overall needs major improvement in management as well Strike was a nightmare to get through wasted nine months of my life on the picket lines for a dollar raise. Once Care partners took over it became all about making money, taking away many of the needs of my clients. I wanted to be a psw to care for people,not to make money for my company.
