Depending on where you live (rural or urban) and whether there is access to public transportation, having a vehicle can be of benefit. Many of our employees have a personal vehicle but others may rely on public transportation to get from one patient to another. CarePartners does not permit employees to be driven to patient locations by a friend or family member due to patient confidentiality.

For many positions within the organization such as front line (PSW, Nursing), wages are dependent upon grid levels or collective agreements that are in place at the time of hire. Increases in wages also vary with each position.

Insufficient training Expectations to compete other staffs unfinished jobs. No recognition for doing a good job. Management are unprofessional and pick favorites.

Fix the scheduling dept, they don’t answer there phones , or emails. Most always am talking to a person that can’t help you, they say oh you have to talk to your scheduler.

All employees are required to provide a clear back ground check prior to commencing employment. All employees who provide care to patients in their home must also provide a clear vulnerable sector screen. The back check process is conducted online by CarePartners whereas the vulnerable sector screen must be obtained by your local police department.
