Very stressful place to work
Not enough PSW’s, that is a large part of the problem. Staff were mostly excellent to work with. Job was high stress. Management was okay. Staff calling in sick and having to reschedule their day was difficult.Personal Support Worker in Brampton, ON

Poor work-life balance
