Care Management Assistant (Former Employee) – Southfield, MI – 8 December 2012
I basically managed the office. I had great Directors, VP's, CEO, etc. I learned to assist in all areas, including, IT. The hardest part of the job was when I first started. I had no one to train me. The person that I replaced was already gone. The most enjoyable part of the job was I had the opportunity to learn as much as I could. The workload was heavy, but never too hard.
the trust that my ceo, vp's and directors had in me
Productive workplace, high volume call center, great management staff
