Productive workplace, high volume call center, great management staff
CLINICAL SUPPORT COORDINATOR (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TX24 September 2012
Fast paced call center for utlization preview and case management services. Great management staff. Worked directly with copany medical director for medical necessity reviews and appeals. Responsible for creating monthly and quarterly reports to be sent to clients. Directly assisted 3 office relocations. Participated in 3 national accreditation cycles. Worked directly with staff of 13 RN's and 12 customer support agents. Provided support for management as needed during the day.

I basically managed the office. I had great Directors, VP's, CEO, etc. I learned to assist in all areas, including, IT. The hardest part of the job was when I first started. I had no one to train me. The person that I replaced was already gone. The most enjoyable part of the job was I had the opportunity to learn as much as I could. The workload was heavy, but never too hard.
