What is the work environment and culture like at Carefor Health & Community Services?

  • I had a boss that favoured some of her employees and bullied others. If she didn’t like you she would micro manage your work (even though she didn’t have to), consistently make unprofessional and condescending comments about you or your work whenever she had the chance and purposely try to make you feel low and unworthy. So this was a very stressful position for me considering the work was challenging and fun. Employers have a legal obligation in the workplace to create an atmosphere free from the above! I tired to resolve my issues when I was there, got better for a short while, only to return. Great knowledge managers but need to take courses and educate themselves on how to treat their most significant resource ... staff!!

  • This is the most toxic office culture I have ever had the misfortune to encounter, which is sad because they have some good people who work very hard. Heavily siloed workplace where everyone is watching out for #1 and trying to make life miserable for each other.

  • Everyone is nice,
    Always their to help.

  • Very positive environment. I felt acceptance and very welcomed in this environment.
