They will cancel a service without notice you( then you don't get pay), it properly due to lack of supporting staff. Also the staff working in office is quite stressful too, plus they need to sit with that disrespectful lady in a same office.

HR calls and sets up an in person interview. The interview is sometimes with your direct supervisor or sometimes with the supervisor from another department. There's also a written test that no one reads but they expect you to do.

Don't look at the funding/money, take are your employees. You are doing non-profit. People who join you are trying to help too.

Take care of the employees well. Do a survey and actually look at it, change it, don't just ignore it. Better salary and benefits.

Depends on the department. If you work on any team on the 2nd floor then it's relaxed. If you work on any of the other floors I would say it can get stressful at times

No idea. With the high turnover anyone will do. They don't care about type of qualification anyone will do because they are not going to let you stay.
