I never found the management to care about their team members which is sad and unfortunate. I hope in the future they work on team bonding and interdisciplinary respect for one another.

Do Not Work Here

Support Worker (Former Employee) - Grimshaw - 22 September 2023

Management does not care about its staff. They’re understaffed and the clients pay for it. Do not put your family members into any of their facilities. They will be neglected.

Tries very hard to provide independent supportive environment for individuals. Struggles with listening to front line staff. Tries to encourage inclusivity. Trying to overcome previous mangement legacy.
