Enjoyable job, stressful duties

Five stars doesn't mean "perfect" but...
...but it wouldn't mean perfect if I got five stars, either. I started here as a Community Support Worker, and I've worked with CARE, in a range of positions, for over 8 years, now. Some of the positions worked well between us, and at least one didn't.
