The pace of work greatly varies depending on who you are working with as each individual has different routine and needs.
Pace depends on the individual, location, access to facilities and personal motivation. One size does NOT fit all no matter how much CARE tries to make it so.
Busy, normally over worked. You will find yourself working alone quite a bit as they are often short staffed leaving you to work alone with equipment required for two people. Why? Because they can not retain staff. Most staff are overwhelmed, overworked and incredibly under appreciated.
It's a slow-paced environment and is dependent on the individuals' schedule of activities.
