Interview process is very professional
they will ask about your background in detailing
if you are good and have knowledge of detailing you will be paid fair
if you don't have any knowledge about detailing they won't turn you away they will give you a fighting chance to learn and move on up.. some look at that as a bad thing but I think its a good thing
you get to learn how to do a job and once you learn you want to do better and be proud of the finish work. obviously they won't throw you in to "DETAILING" they will let you learn the basic stuff first and thats a good thing believing in their employees you don't see that a lot now a days I have been working at this place for almost 2 months now and im happy, they understand we have a life and we have our own problems going on they are very nice and understanding I hope that answers your question
There are none. A stray cat could probably get a job there with the desperation they have for anything that can generate $$.
