Great place to work. It is a large enough company so they can provide great benefits, a large amount of resources to learn the trade and industry, and have room to move up and advance within the company. At the same time, it feels like a small family business that cares about their employees. They are extremely motivating and passionate about what they do.

It was a great learning experience and I enjoyed working at Captive Aire.

Great place to work, if you do not want free time

Too much power in the hands of too few. Pay is decent, however, you work for every. single. penny. Great management & atmosphere. Leaves much to be desired regarding free time. Roughly 20% below industry market value starting.
