No flexibility
Management was terrible, no room to grow unless you have been there forever. no flexibility at all, have to make up all time off, or must use vacation. If you have a doctors appointment they don’t care, not allowed to work from home, no flex days. Alright pay if you are willing to be treated like garbage.
