Has good work life balance. Good pay. The management is supportive. Provides many opportunities and client facing exposure. The work culture is good. You get to travel countries and get to develop skills. Ample of training opportunities.

Pay is good compared to other consulting companies, make sure you are on project, if you are on bench, you will be out within 2 months. Company hqve lot of clients so lot of things to do
