Good work life balance. Good emphasis on process. Salary as per market standards. Lot of scope to learn. Complex Matrix organization. Overall good place to work

What is the best part of working at the company?Your peers. Great group of people within the teams What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Having vacation time and sick time but not being able to use it. When you are able to use your time off you are contacted by management to come in to ensure the team doesn’t miss any targets. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?There’s not currently any work culture as it is WFM, besides any team meetings or site wide meetings there’s no time allotted for coworkers to interact with each other. The work environment does not exist as employees are monitored by the second and any time away from the computer or not processing (i.e. bathroom breaks, lunch breaks, meetings, composing thoughts for emails, etc) is questioned and determined to be appropriate or not via supervisor. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Log into work and immediately start processing assigned work. If there is a delay in processing at the start of day or throughout the day meetings with supervisor will immediately follow.

Pay is good compared to other consulting companies, make sure you are on project, if you are on bench, you will be out within 2 months. Company hqve lot of clients so lot of things to do
