Not a good work culture .

Management is absolutely terrible. They do nothing while delegating all the tasks to three or four workers. Do yourself a favor and find work somewhere else.

It’s awful environment working in this computer. The management is totally inexperienced and don’t know what they are doing. Staff is very rude and no work ethics at all. Absolutely not recommended as good work place.

There’s not alot of stress placed on you as long as you meet the quotas. The environment was laid back and the coworkers were fun. The hardest part of the job was ironically sitting for too long

Great place to work

Cannapiece is a great company to work for. The cannabis is always a forever changing industry. The one thing that really sticks out, is the higher management on site are seen daily on site, and mingle with the front line staff. They don't hide away from staff and have an open door policy here which can be hard to find.

Temp to perm if your a company boy who will do anything, or if you get in with the In bunch. It's like being in high school. Pot culture is alive and well here. If you're a stoner you'll fit in just fine. There's dozens of managers that hover around all day making sure you bring in the numbers. So don't think you gonna sit back rolling dubbies all day while you chill. You will be constantly bothered all day by managers. And depending what room they put you in, you could be hearing music you don't even like. Favouritism culture here. The pay sucks and getting fulltime doesn't happen a lot.
