It's alright. People are mostly laid back. Unless it's angry customers reasonably unhappy because the place "under delivers".
What advice would you give the CEO of Canlan Ice Sports about how to improve the company?
More daily food specials and drink specials for our hockey players to stay and dine at our restaurant instead of going elsewhere for cheaper food and beer.
I prepared for my interview by reassuring myself that I had all the necessary tools to be an effective instructor. I led kids camps, and have excelled at the game of hockey. That and of course wear some nice clothes. The old saying look good, feel good always holds true.
For my specific position I did not need one but for people who work hockey camps there will definitely need one and the people who work at the front desk and manage money.
I know they do have an employee assistance program however I was not there long enough to really learn much about it.
