While the previously supplied advice to tell us you're "very energetic and ready to work fast and hard" isn't inaccurate, especially if you're looking for a machine operator role, ideally we want you to be honest. Preparing for an interview might look a little different depending on the role you're applying for, but the typical advice still works: - Dress to show respect both for yourself and the job you're interested in. - Do some research on what we do and what values we hold. - Reread the job description and prepare any questions you might have. If you're applying for a plant role, it's wise to be dressed in a way that won't make it complicated to enter the plant, if you get a tour. So avoid wearing clothes that have dangling parts you can't tuck in or any jewelry you'd feel uncomfortable removing. That's it! Mostly just be prepared to chat with a fellow human who is looking forward to meeting you.
