Relaxing work place but very low wages

Pros is Everyone is friendly and workplace is very relaxing, summer food truck sometimes However, cons is very poor wages and sort of disorganization.

Toxic work environment

Management was poor, didnt care about experienced workers thinned them out till none were left.Only want to hear yes and never no or why, questioning them will lead to your termination.
