1) Management is biased towards their favourite people. 2) Little advancement/or advancement that takes forever because their favourite people are given priority. You'll have to learn to kiss up to the people that matters, which is unfortunate. 3) Management and many people in this company cannot handle complaints well. They selectively deal with complaints that they know they can deal with and ignore others. These guys also likes to play the victim card and make it seem like you're in the wrong when you're the one that is suffering. 4) A lot of stuck up people who think they know it all and often do not give others the chance to voice their opinions. So work culture is ruined because of this. 5) People don't stay long in this company. That just shows that something is fundamentally wrong with the company. 6) Salary is quite low. Have little expectation if you're going into this company. People have left because salary is too low. 7) Management does not care enough about their employees. If you bring up something slightly negative (on all levels of management), they will be defensive. It is tough to bring up new ideas that challenge the norm, unless you're one of their favourite people.
