Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative in Toronto, ON

Overall an easy job but it can get difficult at times.
Since it's a minimum wage job you are not expected to do a lot of work in a short amount of time but during busy hours or weekends it does require fast walking and continuous lifting of heavy objects to help out the customers.

Slow paced and bad management
My co-workers were very nice but the management was very unprofessional. The days are very boring, at out store we were not suppose to talk to our co workers even on downtime.

One of the best places I’ve worked! From staff, department managers, general manager and owner these guys all rock! This location is the best! Only reason why I changed jobs was I moved farther away and it was too long of a transit commute for me.

Bad ownership
New owners took over place went downhill fast didn't ever have stuff for shop supplies in stock had to keep taking stuff off the self , they kept storing batteries on the floor after being told it drains them. I'd have to install 5 or 6 til I found a good one
