Beautiful location, good money, bad company
Worked at a beautiful resort location, and made pretty good money during summer and met cool people. Staff accommodations were horrendous, doubtful up to any standard of cleanliness or code. Surprised I didn't get the hanta virus. Fun for a summer, management gave zero ****s about you or your well being and the staff food was pathetic.

Short term only
They do not give references**I worked so hard for this company and when I had to go back home I used them as a reference To which HR responded "who?" "Who knows if shes a good worker? We dont give out references" I feel bad for the people that have been there for years because theres no one to back up the hard work you do...They also do not help with PRs so any foreign workers just a heads up! You are just a number and there is extreme turn over of staffTheres great people who come in - to work but stay only short time, they havent had a front desk employee stay since august

Wonderful family company with extensive room for growth in a variety of fields.
I have worked with CRMR for over two years at their head office in Calgary. A wonderful atmosphere with lots of support and room to grow in a variety of fields within the company. Management is excellent and it is such a wonderful and unique opportunity to spend time in the Rockies. Growth, creativity, and development are encouraged and nurtured.

Family Company, Amazing work environment!
I have been employed with CRMR for 4 years and can't say enough about the owners and the team of professionals I have had the opportunity to work with. Everyone is fantastic! The position is challenging and I feel supported every step of the way. As a manager, I feel empowered to make decisions and am always pushed to do my best and trusted. I highly recommend CRMR as a work-place and hope to retire here if all continues to go well. I have worked for major multinational corporations and they have nothing on CRMR! Additionally, all the investments owners are making to ensure the properties are upgraded are truly appreciated and the direction the company is going is embraced very passionately by everyone on the team.
