Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts (CRMR) is a family-owned company that has been in the tourism industry since 1986 when they first opened Emerald Lake Lodge. CRMR owns and operates four upscale boutique lodges and hotels – Buffalo Mountain Lodge in Banff, Emerald Lake Lodge in Field, BC and Deer Lodge and Post Hotel & Spa in Lake Louise, as well as a unique contemporary restaurant – The Lake House located in Calgary. Along with its city and mountain properties, CRMR owns a game ranch called Canadian Rocky Mountain Ranch (CRM Ranch), QEVA, and a butcher shop in Calgary called Urban Butcher, as well as a state of the art laundry facility.

Decent place to work
People you work with really make the job enjoyable. Lots of hours and long days but with overtime you can make decent money. Happy with my time at the company.

Friendly, tough, rewarding
I spent several years with the company and enjoyed all of it thoroughly. Yes, the location is great, the weather is nice and the customers can be lovely. The Rockies are absolutely breath taking ! If you’re adventurous and looking to do something fun please consider a job with this company , staff accommodations are not 5 star but the experience makes it all worth while ! Highly Recommend
