Worst organization I have ever worked for

Current management at the WL site (i.e. CNEA/CNL) is unfamiliar with Canadian Environmental and Safety regulation as entire senior management team is from the United States. Senior management is directly responsible for cost overruns and lack of productions. Not a good place for good people

If you are inept, unable to learn, get through life by who you know not what you know, are skilled in dishonest communication and slipping responsibility and see no problem with these characteristics in yourself or those around you then CNL/CNEA/AECL is a good fit.
