Good employment
-CNL is a good place to start or finish a career.- Lots of on site training in various roles to learn in the industrial energy sector—Room for advancement -Safety is taken seriously -Pay seems on par or better for trades -Holidays and benefits Days may seem slower from safety protocols due to the nature of the industry
