Disorganized mess

This place is ok but there's a large disconnection and a lot of inconsistent performers in the ranks. The loudest voices seem to dominate vs. those who provide the most value. Some execs are stretched thin while others nobody seems to know what they do. There isn't much of a culture, positive or negative, beyond what those who wish that was different say... ie. we are a champion of women- yeah you hire women, beyond that I'm not clear on what is so great for women working here vs. anywhere else.

No culture, lots of people who have unclear mandates, average pay, only two weeks vacation other than the two mandated to spend at xmas

Hostile work environment, poor benefits

Fantastic Growing Company!

My experience with CMI over the past year has been wonderful! They are growing very quickly and there are opportunities for advancement if you are interested in taking initiative. The Management and Executive team are supportive and always give credit where credit is due. They understand work life balance and support their team members accordingly. After almost a year working here, I still believe I made the correct choice for my career and overall lifestyle.

CMI has provided me the kind of comfort I have been looking for in my career for years. The ability to work from the comfort of my home which has given me the work life balance I needed and wanted. While work days can be demanding at times, there is always someone there to support you and to remind you to take a break and remind you that we are a team. We have created a place where employees feel comfortable expressing themselves through all the ups and downs. We work as a team and we support each other like family.The company has grown significantly but the family values and support I felt when I first started here with less than 10 people is still very much present.

Good Employer Overall

Upper management fosters a culture of growth and learning, and independence and initiative is encouraged. The team and extended network is extremely supportive and is always working together to continuously strive to grow the organization.
