Disorganized mess

This place is ok but there's a large disconnection and a lot of inconsistent performers in the ranks. The loudest voices seem to dominate vs. those who provide the most value. Some execs are stretched thin while others nobody seems to know what they do. There isn't much of a culture, positive or negative, beyond what those who wish that was different say... ie. we are a champion of women- yeah you...
