Community Health Nurse (Former Employee) –  Cambridge, ON13 November 2018
Management of this company was more concerned about the money they make off their employees rather than their employees themselves. Money grabbers who made sure their money was top priority than having any kind of caring, empathy or support for their staff. A company that behave like parasites towards their employees. Did not care about family crisis or issues employees were faced with while out on assignments and minimally made an attempt to get employee out reasonably.
Pros
Reasonable rate of pay
Cons
Selfish unkind unempathetic

Outpost Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Former Employee) –  Kitchener, ON6 March 2018
CHCA itself is a great company, the work contracted can be challenging and with a difficult population at times. This is a fly in fly out contract job so the travel is hard and there isn't much life balance while in the communities working.

Great agency with excellent customer service and employees. They provide good training and education. Life style is flexiable as work can be based on contract basis. This work provides the ability to travel and experience the northern ontario reserves.
