Good company, locations across Canada. Wide variety of positions in the different divisions. Pay is getting better. Ability to move around the country or deploy if you want.

Cool place, good mission
Good place to work with a fulfilling mission. Obviously some bureaucracy because it is governmental, however the people really try to help out and are nice

Terrible people
Unfortunately some people there are just childish along with the management who have absolutely 0 common sense in how to run a day care. Kids work with kids unfortunately as well.

Good
Definitely not my favorite place to work but overall a good environment with decent people who are trying hard despite difficulties of headquarters in advancing the organization.

High stress due to internal lack of training.
The job tasks were not difficult in and of themselves. Getting through the time period for security to access necessary information via intranet takes an extraordinarily long time; over 3 months. By then management sets employees up for failure by not providing training to adequately use internal processes. Management levels are not encouraging and feedback is for negatives.
