Sick leave policy states needing a doctors note after 5 days of sick leave. If the sickness will last up to 17 weeks, it would be considered Short Term Sick Leave if supported by our benefits provider. Anything past 17 weeks of sick leave would be considered Long Term Sick Leave if supported by our benefits provider.
